We are excited to have completed Phase One of the Lighting Our Future campaign, which saw hundreds give to meet the $600,000 needed to acquire the deed. As the deed officially returns sometime this year, we are excitedly praying and planning for the future. We are ready to dream big and to max out our potential at LeTCC for the Kingdom of God. From the standpoint of our existing facilities, we have already begun a revitalization plan to replace roofs and beautify the interior of existing structures. Several LeTCC sponsors have begun to give of their time, abilities, and financial means to accomplish these projects.
As we look to expand the ministry at LeTourneau, we see two exciting areas for growth that will greatly impact this ministry. One is for new facilities to be added to our property, which will allow our conference ministry to expand as we provide more rooms and better facilities to our guests. We will gladly plan for this opportunity to grow and build as the Lord provides the direction and financial partnerships needed. The other area for great growth is for the implementation of new and exciting programs to better serve churches and Christian organizations in this region. We would love to see new outreaches added, such as: day camps, youth camps, inner-city Retreats, Winter youth and young adult retreats, Marriage & Family Conferences, pastor and lay leader conferences, and a monthly men’s fellowship.
We are dreaming big and asking for the Lord to provide the partnerships, resources, and financial assistance to achieve these goals. If you are led to walk with us, we would be grateful for your partnership. We know nothing is impossible when God is in the midst of Kingdom work. At our annual fundraiser banquet on Saturday, December 5, we will expand upon the details of this ministry’s vision and give supporters the opportunity to give to areas that will make a lasting difference for our guests, our LeTCC family, and our Lord. The meal will be served in the dining hall at 6 p.m. with a short program to follow. We sincerely hope to see you there!
Blessings,
Jamie Fischer, LeTCC Director
